years of IT telecommunications experience in a large-scale environment

years demonstrated requirements/technical specifications writing experience; samples must be provided
Ability to present technical material in business terms as needed
Highly organized and can independently in a fast-paced environment to produce multiple high quality deliverables with short deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with technical and non-technical staff, and project team members
Ability to facilitate stakeholder communications in order to define requirements
Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio)
Keen attention to detail while maintaining the ability to focus on the vision
Qualifications:
Experience/working knowledge of large-scale telecommunications/network projects
Experience with State Government functions
Successful leadership and management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
